Merritt Clapp-Smith, Board Chair

Merritt is an urban planner with the City of Saint Paul Dept. of Planning and Economic Development. Among her various planning projects, she serves as the project manager for the St. Paul Ford site redevelopment. Previously she was Executive Director of the Metro Independent Business Alliance, past president of District 16/Summit Hill Planning Council, and has worked as a planner for Brooklyn Park, and Washington and Dakota counties.
