You are cordially invited to join the friends and family of the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy for our Legally Green Gala, Party!

 

The event will be held at William Mitchell College of Law on July 31, 2010 from 6:30-11:00 PM.

 

Enjoy a night of fun, and friendly socialization with members of MCEA and others with a passion for our environment.  Welcome the Master of Ceremonies, Alix Kendall from Fox News.  Enjoy the music of "The Usual Suspects" and "Romantica". Plus, you can support MCEA by participating in our live and silent auction; packed with superb items from companies, organizations and people throughout the state of Minnesota!

 

Legally Green, A Party for Our Planet, has been planned as a low carbon footprint event and will be like no other you have ever attended.  Green in all ways, the auditorium will be adorned with local and natural decorations, tasty hors d'oeuvre's served on bamboo platters and complimentary wine and local beers will be served in wine glasses provided as a gift and a token of our thanks for your attendance.  And of coursse, all programs and tickets are paperless.

PROGRAM: 

 

6:30-8:00: Munch and Mix. Sample hors d’oeuvres from edible vessels made from local producers provided by Fabulous Catering, enjoy drinks from O'Gara's and bid on earth friendly silent auction items. Listen to great jazz presented by “The Usual Suspects.”

 

8:00-8:45: Indroduction by Emcee Alix Kendall, with a documentary video created by Adventure Advertising depicting MECEA's Story from the people who know us best, followed by Auctioneer Jim Jensen, putting the lively in Live Auction!

 

9:00: Swing to the beat of one of Minnesota’s best bands, “Romantica.”
