Tom Kalahar

Without MCEA I would be a small voice within a very large forest. Together, we are protecting the last wild stream and 14 acres of wetland in Renville County. The work we are doing is important because if they can move forward with this project, nothing is safe.

- Tom Kalahar, resident of Renville County who is partnering with MCEA to protect Limbo Creek and set new legal precedent that ripples across the state.

MCEA needs your support for three related lawsuits defending Limbo Creek. These will be precedent-setting decisions for Minnesota’s Environmental Rights and Environmental Policy Acts and the DNR’s authority to protect Public Water.

Find out more by joining us on Tuesday, April 20 at noon to hear from the lawyers working on these cases and ask any questions you may have. More info below!
